Concrete Flatwork Finisher and Technician (CP-10)

  • Location: will be held at ACI Office on Claymoore Park Drive at the address below: 
    ACI Houston Office (located behind the Terracon office)

  • Day 1 – Workshop (Friday, February 6, 2026) consists of a written review. Check-in for the workshop begins at 11:30 p.m. Students can expect to be finished at approximately 5 p.m.
  • Day 2 - Test (Saturday, February 7, 2026) includes the 120-minute closed-book written exam. Check-in for the test begins at 6:30 a.m. and the test will begin at 7:00 a.m. The doors will be locked and those that are late will not be allowed to take the exam.  
  • Pricing: Includes the review, CP-10 workbook and exam. Books will not be mailed. However, arrangements can be made for pick-up. 
  • Physical Strength Requirement: There is not a physical requirement for the written exam. 
  • A valid ID is required on the day of the test. The ID will be held until the Examinee completes and turns in their test(s) booklet/answer sheet. 
  • Lodging: If traveling from out of town the hotels at this link are located near our facility.

  • Interpreters: The exams will be given in the languages published by ACI National. We are not allowed to utilized translators for the exams.

  • Workbook Pickup / Shipping Policy: 

  • Greater Houston Area: Workbooks may be picked up at the Terracon Office Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at:

    • Outside the Greater Houston Area: Workbooks can be mailed via FedEx at no additional cost. However, you must coordinate shipment of the workbook by emailing us at [email protected].
