Concrete Flatwork Finisher and Technician (CP-10)

• Location: The exam will be held at the following location: 
  ACI Houston Office (located behind the Terracon office) 
  3900 Claymore Park Drive #120 
  Houston, Texas 77043  
  Terracon Clay Road 
• Day 1 – Workshop (Friday, October 7, 2022) consists of a written review. Check-in for the workshop begins at 12:30 p.m. Students can expect to be finished at approximately 5 p.m.
• Day 2 - Test (Saturday, October 8, 2022) includes the 120-minute closed-book written exam. Check-in for the test begins at 6:00 a.m. and the test will begin at 6:30 a.m. The doors will be locked and those that are late will not be allowed to take the exam.  

• Pricing: Includes the review, CP-10 workbook and exam. Books will not be mailed. However, arrangements can be made for pick-up. 
• Physical Strength Requirement: There is not a physical requirement for the written exam. 
• PPE: A facemask is required.  
• A valid ID is required on the day of the test. The ID will be held until the Examinee completes and turns in their test(s) booklet/answer sheet. 

• Lodging: If traveling from out of town the hotels at this link are located near our facility.

• Interpreters: While we do not provide interpreters, we do have examiners that speak Spanish and Farsi that are able to assist with questions. Please make sure you annotate this on your registration. 
• Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis, up until 14 days prior to the workshop. There will be a $25.00 service fee charged for refunds. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the workshop. A one-time transfer will be allowed within the 14 days if notice is given prior to the day before the workshop. There will be a $25.00 service fee for transferring. 

• Waiver: The attached waiver must be filled out and brought to class.
